Your home will be in the best of hands in the event that you need to re-side.  We are trained in all major manufacturer installations.  PDR is a certified Gold Level Member of the LP Smartside Build Smart Program, and Smart Side is one of the most hail resistant products on the market.  We are also a member of the Vinyl Siding Institute.

Windows

Purpose Driven Restoration is a THV Compozit window distributor, which means you are buying direct. THV builds the one of most energy efficient windows on the market today. They have been recommended by the Minneapolis Airports Commission as a preferred window manufacturer, due to the ability to keep the sound out.

We work with property managers and banks to secure and clean up REO properties using HUD Guidelines
