Roofing, siding, windows it was all done and once again done well.  All of the crew were very polite, went about there jobs, working old and bringing in new was a very big change, turn out very well.  We will refer PDR to anyone that wants a good job done. Any problem call and they will fix it as soon as possible they don’t forget about you. That’s important.  Working with an ankle biting ‘Dog’ at them was chore!.

Late summer of 2010, Corey Peters cold called us on behalf of PDR. Corey was in the area after a hailstorm and asked if he could examine our roof for damage. He found evidence of damage and encouraged us to file a claim with our insurer, even though the damage wasn’t too severe.  He then explained how PDR operated. We signed with PDR to arrange roof repair according to the terms of the insurance company’s resolution of the claim. If the insurance company felt there was no claim then our contract with PDR was void. If the roof needed repair/replacement, PDR would hire the workers, supply the materials and guarantee the repairs would be made according to the insurance company’s specifications, all for the amount at which the insurance company valued the damage. The insurance company would issue a check minus our deductible so we would have to pay PDR the deductible from our personal funds. Corey was present when the claim agent inspected the damage and determined the roof needed replacing. Corey returned with an assortment of appropriate shingles for us to select our new roof. The insurance company was prompt in issuing the settlement check and the mortgage company was generous in signing over the proceeds to us to expedite the repair before winter. Once the money was in the pipeline, PDR was remarkably prompt in completing the repair. In a three-day span, materials were delivered, the damaged roof removed and the new roof installed. We had the added good fortune that the crew PDR hired was from the Aldertville area, so they were easy to communicate with and could answer any questions that arose. The county inspector was pleased with the roof installation and the cleanup, as were we.

We are very satisfied with the results of our PDR experience and would recommend the company.
