Remodeling with purpose in every detail

From kitchens and bathrooms to additions and whole-home renovations, PDR brings design, planning, and construction together under one coordinated process.

From inspiration to transformation

Tell us your vision for your home, and we’ll bring it to life with purpose, craftsmanship, and care.

Kitchens

Your kitchen should be a space where style meets function. Thoughtful layouts, modern finishes, and custom touches can turn everyday cooking into a joyful experience. Whether you’re dreaming of a sleek modern design or a warm, family-friendly space, we help bring your vision to life.

Bathrooms

A bathroom should feel like a personal retreat. Thoughtful design, luxurious finishes, and clever storage make everyday routines a pleasure. Let us help you craft a bathroom that’s functional, stylish, and uniquely yours.

Basements

Your basement can be so much more than storage. Whether it’s a cozy family room, home theater, or guest suite, a finished basement adds living space and value while reflecting your personal style. We’re here to help you unlock your basement’s full potential.

Additions

Need more room to grow? Home additions give you the space you need while maintaining a seamless flow and design. From extra bedrooms to expanded living areas, we help families create homes that evolve with their lives.

Garages

A garage is more than a place for cars, it’s a functional extension of your home. Custom garage builds combine durability, style, and practical storage to protect your vehicles and belongings while complementing your home’s design.

Windows

Windows bring light, style, and energy efficiency to your home. From cozy rooms to grand living spaces, our custom windows combine performance and aesthetic appeal, letting you enjoy views, comfort, and beauty year-round.

Siding

Exterior siding defines your home’s character and shields it from the elements. From classic to modern styles, we help homeowners choose siding that enhances beauty, protects the home, and stands up to Minnesota weather.

Roofing

A strong roof protects your home and elevates its curb appeal. Whether repairing, replacing, or upgrading, we focus on quality materials, craftsmanship, and peace of mind so your home stays safe and beautiful for years.

I am extremely happy with the work performed and would highly recommend PDR for their professionalism, quality and attention to detail always exceeding the industry standard.

We were very happy with the suggested upgrades and changes. You were also very careful to stay within our budget. You stayed in close contact with us throughout this project, which seems to be a rarity these days.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The quality of the work was top-notch. Every detail was handled with precision...

The team worked well together from the sales presentation to the completion. Very happy with the quality of work from removal to adding LP smart siding and stone... Thank you for the transformation of our house.

PDR did the remodel on my kitchen and they did a great job. Everyone from the sales rep, project manager(s) and installers were true professionals... I would highly recommend this company for all your home improvement needs.

...I love that they worked directly with my insurance company and were an advocate for me throughout the insurance claim process. I also appreciate that PDR supports veteran organizations.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We did a bathroom remodel with PDR. When we first met with Nataly, I knew we needed to use them. She was excited to help and really got me excited too. She was able to get together all the pieces and see a clear picture of my style without me even fully knowing it. Then the work done by John was excellent. You can tell he knows what he is doing. The end result makes me feel like I'm in a fancy hotel. There was great communication throughout the whole process also. We would definitely use them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In my search for a reliable bathroom remodeling company, Purpose Driven Restoration & Remodeling (PDR) kept surfacing as a quality driven company that puts the customer first. I was not disappointed. We contracted with them to remodel our master and hallway bathrooms from ceiling to floor. As with every project of this size, there will always be hiccups, delays and challenges. Ours was no exception but it was how PDR handled these challenges that made all the difference in the world. They never back away, never gave excuses and always wanted and did the right thing to make us happy. They are stand-up, customer first, high quality group that I have no worries in using them again for other projects or recommending to friends. Check them out!
